 Will my visit be confidential?

ANSWER:

Visits to our clinics for services are confidential for all clients, except where state law requires us to report information. We are required to report clients under the age of 14 who are sexually active. Also, if you are a minor and report any type of abuse to us, we are required by law to report to Child Protective Services or to the local police.

Abortions services are delivered under the same confidentiality policy as stated above, however the State of Texas now requires Parental Consent for minors. Some patients do not feel that they can obtain parental consent due to domestic circumstances and opt to talk to a judge about getting this requirement waived.
