Call Center Advocate


Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Schedules appointments for health center patient care.
    2. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of computer programs.
    3. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of all Planned Parenthood services and programs.
    4. Call and confirm patient appointments on a daily basis.
    5. Contact patients to reschedule missed appointments. 
    6. Travel to multiple health center sites as needed to perform duties.
    7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
    • Strong customer service skills meeting all Customer Service Rules and Standards.
    • Strong commitment to family planning care and reproductive freedom.
    • Excellent telephone skills.
    • Punctuality required
    • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
