Call Center Advocate
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules appointments for health center patient care.
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of computer programs.
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of all Planned Parenthood services and programs.
- Call and confirm patient appointments on a daily basis.
- Contact patients to reschedule missed appointments.
- Travel to multiple health center sites as needed to perform duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Strong customer service skills meeting all Customer Service Rules and Standards.
- Strong commitment to family planning care and reproductive freedom.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Punctuality required
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
